Over 40 years of experience in the petroleum sector, specializing in project and contract management, claims, and ADR. Former Deputy Managing Director at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC). Following his retirement in 2013, Eng. Jasser moved to the private sector, where he supported the growth of local enterprises before founding his own consultancy. He has been instrumental in the firm’s proven track record of enabling clients to establish themselves in new markets, combining deep technical expertise with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and procedural frameworks. His strategic leadership has supported multinational organizations from the Far East and Europe in achieving prequalification with KPC subsidiaries, while providing valuable insights into contract pricing and project execution.

With over 45 years of international experience in civil, industrial, and oil & gas projects, including roles with Conoco and Bechtel, our Partner has contributed extensively to Kuwait’s energy sector. His expertise spans contract drafting, negotiation, and arbitration, with notable successes in London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) cases. He has played a key role in developing Model Contracts and risk management frameworks that enhance value engineering and cost optimization across major projects.During the past year, he has been instrumental in the development of Company’s Model Contracts as well as the updated Policies and Regulations for Contracts and has been able to contribute important insights in relation to the initiative of further improvement of such Model Contracts.He is an expert in formulating contracting strategies as well as administration and management of contracts with international skills in drafting contractual and commercial terms and conditions towards achieving value engineering and cost optimization.
