Our Visionary Founder

Engineer Jasser Al-Jasser, founder and Managing Director of Ozone Petroleum Consulting, brings over 40 years of distinguished experience in major projects, contracts, and claims management. His remarkable career with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) began as a Project Engineer, followed by senior roles as Senior Project Engineer, Team Leader – Contracts, Commercial Services Manager, and ultimately Deputy Managing Director for Planning and Commercial Services.

After his retirement in 2013, Engineer Jasser spent eight years supporting and developing local companies before founding Ozone Petroleum Consulting — a firm built on integrity, efficiency, and trusted results.
